Many people have great ideas and a lot of passion to do their own thing. The problem is that they rarely know what on earth they are doing when it comes to starting a business. Not a problem. This course is designed grow the rookie business owner to skilled entrepreneur in 11-weeks. Each week you will learn something new and then apply that something new to your business to take one more step toward creating the business of your dreams.
The first section includes 3-weeks of training on money. Like it or not, you need to make money to sustain your business; and this is the place to start. You will first learn how to develop the right kind of thinking about money and how to use it as a tool instead of fearing that you will run out of it. In the second week you will learn basic accounting and book keeping principles so that you understand how your business will create profit that you can use to invest and grow; rather than spend and die. In the third week, you will be given a tool to create a 1-year and 10-year financial forecast for your business; and you will be taught how to predict leads, sales, revenue, direct costs, expenses and profits.
The second section includes 4-weeks of training on marketing. You will first learn how to establish a marketing foundation. This foundation will include your messaging and the WHY you are in business; and HOW you attract people to your small business. In the second week you will learn basic marketing strategies to gradually grow the amount of leads you attract to your business. In the third week of the marketing training, you will learn a proven formula to attract and engage prospects who want and need what you have to offer. In the fourth week of the marketing training, you will learn to apply everything that you've learned in the previous three weeks of marketing training by using traditional and advanced tactics that are extremely effective for small businesses.
Attracting interested prospects to your company is great, but you need paying customers. This training section will focus on helping you create a proven and repeatable sales process to convert your interested prospects into high-paying customers. You will learn how to sell without being a sales jerk.
The fourth section will help you create a corporate and personal vision that will compel you to stick with your business even through the tough times. You will learn how to break down this long term vision into goals and then break these goal into actionable tasks that will allow you to spend your time making deliberate progress toward your vision.
The fifth section of this training series will teach you about the various legal business formations of business and how forming your business will affect your personal risk, your tax bill and the hassle-factor of being in business.
The sixth section of this training brings all that you've learned in the previous sections together into a comprehensive business plan and help you launch your business in style. You will also be introduced to how you think will affect how successful you will be as a business owner. I will introduce you to Core Energy Coaching principles and how your thinking can either serve you or sabotage you in your quest to succeed in your business.
